What Board Members Do
Members of the UCEF board help to support UCEF by overseeing the finances, writing grants, holding fundraisers, and supporting the director and the volunteers. The board meets once a month from 7-9 PM on the 4th Tuesday of every month, and once a year for a Saturday morning retreat.
How to volunteer as a board member
University Churches Emergency Fund is seeking a few more interested
persons to serve on the board. If you have a desire to help those who are homeless to find shelter, or low-income families keep their homes, then we need you! Whether your gifts are computer-oriented, fundraising, creative-thinking, or simply the need to serve, all are welcome. Please contact Jo for more information at ucefdirector@ucefseattle.com .
